Sam Wike started fly fishing and tying flies when he was in elementary school near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. By the time he moved to Montana he was obsessed with flyfishing. He graduated from Montana State in Bozeman, after spending time in New Zealand and Argentina. After that he started the "Big R Fly Shop" located in his family's Big R Store in Great Falls, MT. He spends most of his time fishing near Great Falls for Trout, Carp, and Pike.
