AL RITTbegan tying flies in 1983 and took up flyfishing shorty thereafter. He moved to Colorado's front range in 1989 and has lived in the area since,guiding in Rocky Mountain National Park and on private waters in northern Colorado and southern Wyoming for the Great Western Fishing Co. in Loveland, CO. He consults for Peak Engineering Fishing Division of Loveland, Colorado and helped them develop the Peak Rotary Vise, the Ritt Pick-N-Brush, and other fly tying accessories. |
PETER MORRISON is a guide for the St. Mary Angler Fly Shop inSoutheastern British Columbia. Along with his home waters in Western Canada, he fishes rivers such as the San Juan in New Mexico,the Bitterroot,Madison and the Firehole in Montana,and for sea run cutthroat around Washington's Olympic Penninsula. |

STEVE KORBAY grew up in northern California fishing the lakes and streams of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

MIKE AGEE is a Montana native, and has been fishing since childhood and guiding on the rivers of Montana for 13 years. He grew up in Kalispell and learned to fish on the Kootenai river. He is now an outfitter based in Helena and operates the Montana Trout Syndicate. He guides primarily on the Missouri River, and he has also guided several seasons in Chile and Argentina.

JASON LANIER has been fishing the rivers around Montana for over twenty years. Originally from Southern
California, he spent most of his childhood summers traveling and fly-fishing the western states. After moving to Montana in 1996, he has spent the past 8 years guiding the rivers in and around Missoula.

JAMIE BURMAN has been in the business since he was old enough to carry a rod.He is the owner and operator
of Creative Sports in Pleasant Hill, CA, where he also
guides. His innovative Alevins patterns are primarily used for Salmon and Steelhead, as well as in Alaska.

TAYLOR GERATHS has been a guide on the Deschutes for ten seasons, which has some of the best steelhead fishing in the world. His flies have been a work in progress for many years. Taylor thinks there is nothing better than hooking a steelhead
on a swung fly!

Damien Nurre is a native of the Midwest, who migrated west in search of snow covered mountains. His journey led him to Missoula, Montana, where he quickly learned the art of catching fish on the fly.While following the endless winter he moved further west to Bend, Oregon, where he now resides. Since the day he arrived in Oregon, he has immersed himself in the culture of fly fishing, becoming a creative tier and renowned guide. Now the Head Guide of Fly and Field Outfitters, Damien spends his time testing
new flies on the well known Deschutes River and other lesser known waters of Central Oregon.
